Clarendon Road, Watford

Clarendon Road comprises a self-contained headquarter office building arranged across multiple floors, located in Watford town centre. Spratley & Partners were appointed by Columbia Threadneedle to reposition and rebrand the existing reception area and provide full interior services, including; all finishes, joinery and lighting.

The interior design has vastly re-crafted the reception area into a vibrant yet professional space for tenants. A flexible space was key to the clients vision; with soft greenery welcoming you, leading into a concierge styled reception and break out areas offering more informal working and meeting space.

The significant refurbishment was achieved within a limited time frame, with various schemes explored through a series of 3D visualisations, with existing and future tenants at the focus.
