Oxford Innovation Park

Spratley & Partners were Architect and lead designer for two new-build lab-ready buildings located at the Oxford Innovation Park in Littlemore. The consented scheme will provide 32,153 sq. ft. of laboratory space that is in extremely short supply in Oxford.

S&P have also produced designs to enable the sensitive refurbishment and extension of the existing building, Littlemore House, creating a site that accommodates over 75,000 sq. ft. of life science space.

Working closely with Charterhouse Property Group LLP and Paragon Building Consultancy the Innovation Park will achieve best in class. The site was recently purchased by Lawrence J Ellison Institute for Transformative Medicine as a base for the Global Health Security Consortium.

We are thrilled to expand our footprint and create a first-class home for the pathbreaking work that the Ellison Institute and the consortium, its leaders and researchers are doing to improve human lives and help to keep humanity safe.
