The modernisation of a landmark building to attract new tenants, whilst catering for those already in occupation. Improvements to the external landscaping and new entrances have vastly improved the sense of arrival and identity enhancing access and wayfinding across the site.
Phase one involved the refurbishment of the entrance and reception areas and phase two the office floor plates, café, gym, soft and hard landscaping and signage. Full-height, clear glazing to the lower floors has been introduced to enhance views through to the office plate, gym and café creating active frontage. New branding and personalised/bespoke signage and graphics have been added, improving the flow around the building, accessibility and overall user experience.
