Robert Kennedy Partner BA (Hons) MArch
Robert has a keen interest in the re-use and refurbishment of Workplace buildings, and the design of technically challenging projects. This along with his background and experience in Residential re-use allows him to advise clients such as the historic Phillimore Estate on their varied portfolio of buildings in London and Oxfordshire.
Robert has led projects for M&G, Columbia Threadneedle and McKay Securities, including the sensitive redevelopment and refurbishment of Grade I listed 21 St. James’s Square, London.
He joined S&P in 2007, and became an Equity Holder in 2021. Robert leads our team training with recent focus on fire safety, health and safety, and sustainability.
