Coda Studios, Fulham

Coda Studios is a creative hub in the heart of Fulham offering boutique studios and office space. Spratley & Partners were appointed by Columbia Threadneedle to convert the existing undercroft car park into communal facilities for the tenants, including a new gym, lounge, meeting room and external breakout spaces. The facilities created flexible, vibrant spaces for the creative tenants of Coda Studios to collaborate, socialise and relax.

Completed in summer 2018, the scheme has been well received by existing and potential new tenants.

Thank you very much for the skill and effort that you all deployed delivering the amenity upgrades to Coda Studios. Following yesterday’s Agent Launch the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive with widespread opinion that the upgrade works have elevated Coda Studios significantly ahead of leasing competition.  This should all translate into material gain for the Fund which is a great result.
