Harling House

The project is a mixed-use commercial scheme providing office, restaurant, retail and gym amenities, comprising two new-build, seven-storey infill developments and the refurbishment of Harling House and 195-205 Union Street with multi-storey rooftop extensions added to both buildings.

The design maximises the potential of a currently under-developed site as the result of careful consideration of planning policy, planning history, design context and consultation at pre-application stage.
